I have been having problems with downloading iWork 08 from the Mac site. I spent 1 hour with them on line 2 nights ago and called back again last night. After spending time going through things, I was moved upline to another software tech specialist and make a long story short, I am getting a new version of iWorks 08 shipped express to my door...FREE of charge!
This was the ONLY problems I've had with my Mac since I got it and Apple support pulled through in a stellar manner!
Just more reason that Apple gets props in my book!!

The chap on the phone worked with me for 45 mins, including calling Canon himself
to try and work out the problem. We did. The friggin' RESET button on the camera fixed it all.
