Re: PC Innovation. . .Any Competition for Apple??
Fri, April 11, 2008 - 10:38 PM. .naah..Lorenzo ..lol.
the iPhone® buzz is still alive and kicking . Sears® is selling a Linux® box but..lol...when was the last time anyone bought anything from Sears ® ¿ The true pee cee geeks and nerds buy their discount junk here ;
www.tigerdirect.com
..i am thinking that Apple® , ( the preminant design \ software studio ) , is waiting for IBM® and Motorola® to come out with some new chipsets . After all, the copper based architecture they produce runs much cooler than the Wintel® junk . Software scaling has , quite literally , split in two . i won't get in to it here . It has to do with the nature of software execution these days in • xml , uniX , and the dual processors

Re: PC Innovation. . .Any Competition for Apple??
Wed, April 23, 2008 - 2:57 PMMini PCs are fun machines, the only problem is...you still have to run windows. I think micro PCs are hot though (especially if you're into linix), since they're a quarter of the size (with much lower specs). The possibilities for robots and other computer powered projects is endless!
