Hello,
I was compelled to "restart" my computer even though it was working just fine and now it won't restart. The battery is charged and the
power adapter is alive and well. The power button on the computer works but the monitor won't go anywhere past a white screen with
a tiny icon alternating between a face and question mark. Tried the reset button located on the back panel but nothing doing.
The computer runs on osx.3.
Does anyone know how I could fix this problem???
Thank you,
Mac-stressed ;-{

Re: Need help with restart issue on a powerbook pismo.
Sun, January 27, 2008 - 2:27 PMTry rebooting with the install cd holding down the "C" . If it boots, run disk utility repair and then go to startup disc in system prefs, If you can choose OSX on your internal drive, select it and restart
