I'm trying to find the smallest Mac laptop available to take on vacations to check email, etc. Doesn't need tons of features or memory, just wireless and to sync to my desktop. Any suggestions? Older cheaper models will certainly do.

Fri, October 26, 2007 - 9:26 AME-Bay is suspect for a source because it is a high fraud category, but there are many other sources including Craigslist.org. I have Verizon wireless internet and it is great. I had a older Mac laptop and it ran fine, just be sure to check the display as LCD's dim over time so shoot for one with less use rather than more use. Case scratches and wear are good indications of the care and amount of use it got.

sometimes they show up for around $800.
i'd suggest not getting a used laptop. you don't know the history, and buying a laptop that has been treated roughly or dropped a lot won't be a deal at any price, and you might not know that until a month or three after you get it.
